I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you have been having. It sounds...painful. I hope you get the go-ahead next week.

This is sort of my first baby, but sort of not. I had a baby thirteen years ago and placed her for adoption. It is an open adoption, so we have had a pretty neat relationship since she was born. But, I haven't raised her. So, this feels like a first baby in that I am experiencing the excitement and wonder of pregnancy for the first time and I am dreaming about the little baby I will be bringing home. But, I have had the experience of being pregnant and giving birth before. It is kind of complicated, but I'm making my way through it.
