were i live i went to a pregnency center and they did two test and a sonogram and could see i am 6 weeks along that was two weeks ago. Cause i was feeling the same way and am now 8 weeks along. She could go get bood work done or see an obgyn to see if she is pregnent. Sometimes test show false negatives. Your best bet is a blood test or an obgyn. they can do a sonagram to see how far she is
