Try keeping him up later than his usual bed time, and if possible...no nap. If he gets a nap, keep it short...say, 1/2 hour to an hour. My husband and I had to do this with our oldest son, and it worked really well. It helped get his body clock back to normal, and on schedule.

Your 10 month old should be sleeping thru the night by now. If he is getting any formula at all every once in a while, try putting a little rice in it. This will help him stay fuller longer. Also, he may be ready for some real food. Try giving him baby food, and soft foods like mashed potatoes, pasta, etc.
