Can't live without?

We all know the basic things we need when bringing baby home, but what are some of the things that you don't "need" but really "NEED".

I will start! I don't think I could have lived without a swing and the vibrating bouncy seat for my last child. He had colic and those 2 things were lifesavers for hubby and I. We would walk, bounce, swing, vibrate, repeat...LOL for hours.

So what are your "MUST HAVE" items?

I am going to be a first time mom, so I hope that more people respond to this thread. I can't wait to start shopping.

I have shopped for so many babies - just none of them have been mine lol i cant wait till im pregnant and i can go and shop for my own little baby :-)

There is so many things I can think of in to put in this.. Let me just state some now..
baby swings
overhead merry-go-round(with music)
magic stick(this is something like a stick which has small balls in a big nest)
