Could I be pregnant?
OK, I had a root canal on the 6th of January, I was given amoxicillin 500mg, 3x a day, and that lasted about a week. I have been on the pills for about 6 years and I have always taken it on time, I have NEVER missed a pill. I had unprotected sex on the 27th of January 2012, my period was supposed to start today February 13, 2012, 3 weeks later, and I haven't started. I have had the symptoms of my period to start, such as cramps, my back hurting, and a headache, it just hasn't started yet. I'm just worried that I could be pregnant, or I could just be really paranoid. Can someone give me some answers?

Most HPTs are effective the first day of your missed period and some even earlier. Just read the package and it will have clear directions. And testing when you get up with first morning urine will be the most accurate.

So I took 2 HPT one last night and then one this morning, and they were both negative, what are the chances of both of them being false-positives?

I am proud to say I started my period!!! Yayy!!! I don't think I've ever been this excited to start my period before! :-)
