Default Progesterone treatment in early pregnancy

Hi All,
5 weeks after a D&C, I had 3 positive hpt, as well as a positive blood test. I am currently on progesterone treatments, as low progesterone was the cause of my previous m/c.
Will the progesterone treatment "hide" a miscarriage, i.e will it prevent any bleeding even though the embrio might have died?

You might try posting this on our Fertility site. Infertility, Fertility Forums, Message Boards, Discussion Groups. IVF, TTC, In Vitro, etc I know there are a lot of women on there who are on progesterone and I sure someone can answer your question.

Good luck!
