Hi. I have a huge phobia of needles and need to make my first appt to go in since I found out I was pregnant.

I plan to tell them I am I a huge baby, please be gentle etc... Not sure what more I can do besides look away and what not.

Is there anything I can take to calm me? I hear that its back and fourth on taking xanax, if that is a for sure no what else can i take?

I hear there is a max of two blood test and a genetic test how do they do the genetic test? blood from your arm also?

advice, help?
