Hcg levels twins????

Okay so my period was jan 7 2012 one day after I got IUD taken out ... Got positive tests early jan 27th! Here's my betas what do you think is it twins???

11 dpo Feb 1-69.88
15 dpo Feb 5- 675
24 dpo Feb14-11,759
26 dpo Feb 16 won't get back til Tom!
