i'm new here and need some help. my daughter-in-law is about 2 months pregnant, first baby, she went to a chiro and was told she has a herniated disk, her baby doctor said to wait and see if the pain subsides then see about cortizone shots. she's in alot of pain and i hate to see her like this. she doesn't want to take or do anything that could hurt the baby. understandable but isn't there anything that can be done for her ? someone please help me to help her... thanks.
