I am in my second trimester---about 18 weeks. And for the past month my nipples feel like they are on fire. I am a 38 DD and still going up on size. In other words, my breast are not perky nor sagging, just always in the way. The only relief I get is when I am taking a hot shower.

Tell me what I can do for this pain. I just can't take this soreness and burning anymore...
