I definitely know how you feel. I haven't received them yet. But in my first pregnancy I had PUPPS all over my stomach. The best feeling was scratching them, but if anything it just made it worst. Try applying something cold on it. Get creative. Try ice cold cocoa butter oil. Just place some oil in the refrigerator and just pour it all over your stomach. If you try it, let me know how it works out.

One more thing, nothing will work for more than 20 minutes. I just usually kept myself busy around the house. Trying to find some kind of relief from the itching sensation is a full time job. Have you tried benadryl creme? That helped a whole lot. My husband would rub it on me all the time.
